Ingredients list for Sannas
- 1 cup Rice
 - 1/4 bottle Toddy
 - 1/2 Coconut scraped
 - 1 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
 - teaspoon Salt
 
Method
- Soak the rice overnight or for four hours at least. Drain and grind to a fine paste using toddy. Grind the scraped coconut too using toddy.
 - Mix the two mixtures. Add more toddy to get the consistency of idli batter. Keep it covered to ferment for at least four hours. Heat water in a steamer.
 - Grease a idli mould. Pour the batter in each mould leaving enough space for the sannas to rise.
 - Cook on medium heat till done. Serve with mutton curry.
