Add cottage cheese cubes and sauté for a minute. Transfer this mixture into a bowl and set aside. Heat the remaining oil in a non-stick wok add garlic, green chillies, soy sauce, chilli-garlic sauce, tomato ketchup and mix. Cook for a few seconds. Add the sautéed vegetables-cottage cheese and toss gently. Add salt and black pepper powder. Cook for two to three minutes on low heat, sprinkling water if necessary.
