Ingredients list for Seviyan ki Burfi

  • 250 grams Roasted Vermicelli roasted
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 3/4 cup Condensed milk
  • Sliced almonds for sprinkling
  • Sliced pistachios for sprinkling

Method

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, roughly break vermicelli and add and mix well.
  2. Add milk and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add condensed milk and keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
  3. Grease an aluminum tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it. Level the surface and sprinkle almonds and pistachios and keep it in the refrigerator till set.
  4. Cut into squares, remove from tray, arrange on a serving plate and serve.
