Method

  1. For each portion halve 2 lemons, remove pips, squeeze the juice into a jar.
  2. Add 1 tbsp powdered sugar, ¼ tsp crushed black peppercorns, salt, black salt, ½ tsp darkly roasted cumin powder, ½ tin pineapple juice, a few ice cubes, ½ bottle soda and mix well.
  3. Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately. If you want you can garnish with fresh mint leaves.
