Ingredients list for Simple Moong Dosa-SK Khazana
- 1 1/2 cups Sprouted green gram (ankurit moong)
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 Green chillies
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- to taste Salt
- for drizzling Oil
- to serve Red coconut chutney
Method
- Blend together sprouted green gram, ginger, green chillies, cumin seeds and salt with sufficient water to a coarse batter. Transfer into a bowl.
- Heat a non-stick tawa. Spread a ladleful of prepared batter evenly on it. Drizzle some oil on top and cook till well browned and crisp. Make more dose similarly.
- Serve hot with red coconut chutney.
