Ingredients for Sitaphal Ice Cream - SK Khazana Recipe

  • Custard apple pulp 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1/2 cup

  • Castpr sugar 1/4 cup

  • Milk powder 3/4 cup

  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

  • Milk 1 cup


Step 1

Blend together custard apple pulp, condensed milk, castor sugar, milk powder, cream and milk in a blender till smooth.

Step 2

Pour this mixture into an airtight container, put on the lid and freeze till set.

Step 3

Put scoops in individual serving bowls and serve.
