Ingredients list for Spaghetti in Alfredo Truffle Sauce
- 250 grams Spaghetti boiled
- 8-10 Button Mushrooms
- for garnishing Few shavings of truffle +
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Crushed garlic
- to taste Salt
- to taste Crushed black peppercorns
- 1 cup Fresh cream
Method
- Slice button mushrooms.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add mushrooms and sauté till brown.
- Add boiled spaghetti, salt, 1 tbsp water, peppercorns and fresh cream and mix well.
- Add truffle shavings and mix well. Cook for a minute.
- Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with truffle shavings and serve hot.
