Spaghetti in Alfredo Truffle Sauce The truffles give this spaghetti an extra edge. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute. Add mushrooms and sauté till brown. Add boiled spaghetti, salt, 1 tbsp water, peppercorns and fresh cream and mix well. Add truffle shavings and mix well. Cook for a minute. Transfer onto a serving plate, garnish with truffle shavings and serve hot.
