Add onion and sauté till soft. Add ginger, garlic and turmeric powder, mix well and cook for 1 minute. Add sweet potato pieces and mix well. Add 1 cup coconut milk, salt, soy sauce, mix, cover and cook for 2 minutes.Chop fresh red chillies and add. Mix well, add remaining coconut milk and mix again. Cover and cook till sweet potatoes are soft. Squeeze lemon and add its juice and mix well. Serve hot.
