Ingredients list for Spicy Chicken Lollipops

  • 12 Chicken lollipops
  • 1 tablespoon Sichuan sauce
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
  • 3 tablespoons Thick yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Oil for shallow-frying

Method

  1. Apply a mixture of salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, lemon juice, Sichuan sauce, red chilli powder, yogurt and turmeric powder on the chicken lollipops and set aside to marinate for an hour.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated lollipops and sear on high heat for four to five minutes, on each side. Cover and cook on low heat for six to eight minutes.
  3. Serve hot.
