Ingredients list for Spicy Chicken Lollipops
- 12 Chicken lollipops
- 1 tablespoon Sichuan sauce
- to taste Salt
- 1 tablespoon Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder
- 3 tablespoons Thick yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- Oil for shallow-frying
Method
- Apply a mixture of salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, lemon juice, Sichuan sauce, red chilli powder, yogurt and turmeric powder on the chicken lollipops and set aside to marinate for an hour.
- Heat some oil in a non-stick pan. Place the marinated lollipops and sear on high heat for four to five minutes, on each side. Cover and cook on low heat for six to eight minutes.
- Serve hot.
