By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Mar 2021 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Gramflour, Salt Cuisine Gujarati Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Spicy Ganthia 1 1/2 cups Gramflour to taste Salt 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder 2 teaspoons Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon Carom seeds 1 tablespo to deep fry Oil Method Take gram flour in a mixing bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, carom seeds and oil and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead into soft dough. Shape the dough into a cylinder and put into to a greased ganthia press. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai to deep-fry. Press out the ganthia directly into hot oil deep-fry till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer onto a serving platter and serve when cooled down to room temperature.
