Ingredients list for Sprouts, Cottage Cheese And Fruit Salad

  • 3/4 cup Bean Sprouts blanched
  • 50 grams Cottage Cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
  • 1/4 small Pineapple cut into ½ inch cubes

Method

  1. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt and crushed black peppercorns in a bowl and chill in a refrigerator for about an hour.
  2. Mix bean sprouts, cottage cheese, pineapple and pear in another bowl and chill in a refrigerator for about an hour. Just before serving pour the dressing on top of the sprouts, cottage cheese and fruits.
  3. Line a serving platter with the iceberg lettuce leaves, put the salad over them and serve immediately garnished with torn mint leaves.
