By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Nov 2015 in Recipes Course New Update " frameborder="0" allowfullscreen> Advertisment Main Ingredients Dark chocolate, Refined flour (maida) Cuisine British Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 1.30-2 hour Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Steamed Chocolate Pudding 100 grams Dark chocolate grated 2/3 cup Refined flour (maida) sieved 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 2 Eggs 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence 2 tablespoons Brown sugar as required Milk 1 medium Apple sliced into a fan shape Method Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Grease two plates. Melt chocolate in the microwave for one minute. Whisk it well till smooth. Take refined flour in a strainer, add cocoa powder and baking power and sieve into a bowl. Add eggs, melted chocolate, vanilla essence, brown sugar and mix. Add a little milk if the mixture is too thick. Beat well with an electric blender. Pour the mixture into the greased plates and fit them into the stand. Place the stand in the steamer and close the lid. Steam for about thirty minutes.
