Ingredients list for Stuffed Papad
- 8 Papads
- 2 tablespoons Potatoes
- 2 teaspoons Ginger chopped
- 3 Green chillies chopped
- 3-4 medium Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
- to taste Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
Method
- Heat 2 tbsps oil in a non stick pan, add ginger and green chillies and saute till fragrant. Add it to the mashed potatoes. Heat sufficient oil in a another pan.
- Add salt, chaat masala, red chilli powder, coriander leaves and roasted cumin powder to the potatoes and mix well.
- Dampen the papads slightly on both sides. Place a little potato mixture at one end of each papad and roll. Press the two ends to seal.
- Deep fry in hot oil till crisp and golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately.
