Ingredients list for Sugar Free Chocolate Cake
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate melted
- 1 cup Refined flour (maida)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 12 measures Sugar Free
- 3/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk
- 1/4 cup Walnuts crushed
Method
- Preheat oven to 180oC. Grease and dust a five inch cake tin. Take the melted chocolate in a bowl, add melted butter and vanilla essence and mix.
- Sieve refined flour with baking powder and baking soda into the chocolate mixture and mix. Add Sugar Free and mix.
- Add buttermilk and mix. Add crushed walnuts and mix. Adjust the consistency.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and bake in the preheated oven at 180oC for about thirty minutes. Cool and serve.
