Ingredients list for Sugar Free Mathura Ka Pedha

  • 500 grams Milk solids (khoya)
  • 10 tablespoons Sugar Free
  • 250 millilitres Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Saffron (kesar)
  • 1/4 cup Pistachios, halved
  • a few drops Rose essence

Method

  1. Add saffron in lukewarm milk and leave aside. Cook the khoya over medium heat until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add milk in a slow trickle to khoya, stirring continuously and cook till milk is absorbed.
  3. Repeat the process till all the milk is used.
