Ingredients list for Suji Aur Dahi Ka Cake
- 2 cups Semolina
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1/2 cup + Butter
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a cake tin. Cream together butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs and vanilla essence and continue to whisk.
- Add yogurt, a little at a time, and whisk till smooth.Mix together suji, baking powder and baking soda, add to the yogurt mixture and mix well.Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from mould, cut into wedges and serve.
