Ingredients for Sure Shot Chocolate Recipe

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Dark chocolate roughly chopped 1/2 cup

  • Instant coffee powder 2 teaspoons

  • Elaichi bananas 2

  • Fresh cream ½ cup

  • Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons

  • Butter 1 tablespoon

Method

Step 1

Heat milk in a non-stick pan, add coffee powder and mix well.

Step 2

Peel and slice bananas.

Step 3

Add cream to the milk and mix well. Add sugar and butter and mix well and cook till the mixture thickens. Switch off heat and cool down to room temperature.

Step 4

Put dark chocolate in a blender jar along with the milk mixture. Reserve some sliced bananas for garnishing and add the remaining to the mixer jar and blend till smooth.

Step 5

Pour the chocolate mixture into 4 shot glasses, garnish with reserved banana slices and keep the in the refrigerator to chill.

Step 6

Serve chilled.
