Ingredients for Surprise Orange Salad Recipe

  • Cottage Cheese 2

  • Orange Segments cut into ½ inch cubes 200 grams

  • Green capsicum cut into ½ inch cubes 1 large

  • Pomegranate Kernels (anar) 1/4 cup

  • For dressing

  • Lemon juice 1 1/2 tablespoons

  • Honey 1 tablespoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 3-4

  • Fresh basil leaves 6-8


Step 1

Combine paneer, orange segments, cucumber, capsicum and pomegranate in a large bowl and chill in the refrigerator.

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl and stir to mix well.

Step 3

Add the dressing to the chilled paneer and orange mixture, toss to mix well and serve.
