Ingredients
- 1 medium ice apple (tadgola)
- 4-5 lemon wedges
- Salt for rimming
- 15-20 mint leaves
- A pinch of black salt
- 2 tbsps sugar syrup
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Lemon slice for garnish
Method
- Rim a serving jar with a lemon wedge and dip in salt and set aside.
- Roughly chop tadgola and add them in the prepared serving jar. Add remaining lemon wedges, mint leaves, black salt, and muddle well using a muddler.
- Add sugar syrup, ice cubes and top up with water. Stir well with a straw.
- Garnish with lemon slice and serve immediately.
