Thai Hot and Sour Soup Just like the name suggests, this pungent hot and sour soup has all the flavours of Thailand. Chicken broth, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass and Thai red chillies, with these great ingredients this soup is definably going to warm you inside and out! Slice spring onion bulbs, lemongrass, red chillies and mushrooms and add to the pan and bring it to a boil. Roughly tear kaffir lime leaves and add and mix well. Add tomatoes and mix well. Add fish sauce and tamarind pulp and mix well. Add salt and mix. Cook for 5-7 minutes. To serve, put some chicken in each serving bowl, pour prepared soup, garnish with coriander leaves and serve piping hot.
