By Sanjeev Kapoor 04 Oct 2018 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Medium carrot, Button mushrooms Cuisine Other cuisines Course Soups Prep Time 21-25 minutes Cook time 21-25 minutes Serve 4 Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Thukpa-SK Khazana 1 Medium carrot 5 Button mushrooms 1/4 Medium cabbage 100 grams Boneless chicken cut into cubes 150 grams Noodles boiled 6-8 Garlic cloves 1 1/2 inches Ginger 1 Medium onion 2 Green chillies 2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 4 cups Chicken stock 1 tablespoon Lemon juice to garnish Fresh coriander sprigs Method Finely chop garlic, ginger, onion and carrot. Slice mushrooms and green chillies. Chop cabbage. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add garlic, green chillies and ginger, mix and sauté till fragrant. Add onion and sauté till lightly browned. Add carrot and mix. Add chicken and mix well. Add mushrooms and cabbage and mix. Add chilli powder and salt and toss well. Add chicken stock, to mix and bring to a boil. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well. Put some noodles into individual serving bowls and top with a portion of chicken-vegetable broth.
