Ingredients
- Coffee decoction as required
- 14-16 dark chocolate biscuits
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 6 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups milk
Method
- Put the dark chocolate biscuits in a zip-lock bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin.
- Take whipped cream in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese and fold in well and fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- Put Vanilla ice cream in a blender jar, add 4 tablespoons mascarpone cheese, 6 tablespoons coffee decoction and milk and blend into a smooth mixture.
- Put some crushed dark chocolate biscuits in each serving glass, pour some coffee decoction over them and level the mixture.
- Pour the frappe into the glasses. Put some foam in each glass, pipe whipped cream mixture generously and put some dark chocolate biscuit crumb on top.
- Put a straw in each glass and serve immediately.
