Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes washed
 - 15-20 fresh basil leaves
 - 4 slices brown bread
 - 4 white bread
 - Salt to taste
 - Crushed black peppercorns to taste
 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
 - Butter for applying
 - Cheese spread for applying
 - Tomato ketchup to serve
 
Method
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices. Chop the basil leaves. Put both of them in a bowl.
 - Add salt, black pepper powder and extra virgin olive oil and mix well. Set aside for 10 minutes.
 - For each sandwich, place a brown bread slice and a white bread slice on a worktop. Apply a little butter on both slices. Apply cheese spread on a brown bread slice, place tomato slices on it, and cover with the white bread slice. Trim the edges of the sandwich and cut into 3 fingers each.
 - Keep them on a serving platter and serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
