Ingredients list for Tropical Bean Sprout Salad

  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts blanched
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

Method

  1. Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard paste and salt in a bowl. Refrigerate for thirty-forty minutes.
  2. Mix bean sprouts, cabbage, pineapple and red grapes in a bowl. Lace the fruits and vegetables with the chilled dressing. Serve chilled.
