Tuna Salad On Pita Triangles

A blend of tuna, mayonnaise and crisp vegetables served with toasted pita. This is a Sanjeev Kapoor exclusive recipe.

Ingredients list for Tuna Salad On Pita Triangles

  • 12 Pita bread cut into triangles and toasted crisp
  • 100 grams Tuna fish (canned) Salad

Method

  1. In a large bowl take mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, yellow capsicum, red capsicum, spring onion, parsley and salt. Mix well.
  2. Lightly crumble tuna and add to the salad mix. Toss and add crushed peppercorns. Toss again.
  3. Place a spoonful portion of tuna salad on each toasted pita triangle or chapati triangle.
  4. Garnish with olives and a sprig of coriander. Serve immediately
