Ingredients list for Upvaas Chutney

  • 100 grams Raw Peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon Rock Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Cumin seeds roasted and powdered
  • 2 tablespoons Red chilli powder
  • to taste Rock salt (sendha namak)

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add peanuts and roast them for four to five minutes.
  2. Remove the skin and coarsely crush them. Add roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder and rock salt and mix well. Store in air tight containers.
