Ingredients list for Vanilla Pudding
- 3 cups Skimmed milk
 - 6 Eggs beaten
 - 10 measure Sugar Free Natura
 - 1 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
 - for garnishing Mixed fruits
 
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Bring milk to a boil and then set aside to cool till it is lukewarm. Add eggs and mix well. Add vanilla essence and Sugar Free Natura and mix well.
 - Pour into moulds and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for thirty five to forty minutes. Once done remove from the oven and set aside to cool.
 - Chill in the refrigerator. Serve chilled decorated with fresh fruits.
