Ingredients list for Vatlappam

  • 2 cups Thick coconut milk
  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Green cardamom powder

Method

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar together till the sugar gets dissolved. Add green cardamom powder and thick coconut milk and mix well.
  2. Heat water in a steamer. Pour the mixture in a pan and steam it for half an hour.
  3. Remove and cool and serve chilled.
