Ingredients for Veg Detox Juice Recipe

  • Apples chilled 2 medium

  • Medium carrots peeled and chilled 8-10

  • Oranges peeled and separated into segments and chilled 2

  • Celery 4-5 stalks

  • Ginger peeled 1 inch

  • Fresh curly parsley sprigs 10-12

  • Beetroot peeled 1/2 medium

  • Lemon juice extracted 1/2


Step 1

Quarter the apples.

Step 2

Pass carrots, orange segments, celery, apples, ginger, parsley and beetroot through a juicer and collect the juice in a jar.

Step 3

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Step 4

Pour into individual glasses and serve immediately.
