Veg Grilled Wraps

Ingredients list for Veg Grilled Wraps

  • 4 teaspoons Lachcha Parathas chopped
  • 4 teaspoons Pizza Sauce chopped
  • as required Pickled jalapenos chopped
  • 4 teaspoon Pickled gherkins chopped
  • 4 Lachcha paranthas readymade
  • 4 tablespoons Pizza sauce
  • as required Crushed black peppercorns
  • as required Mixed herbs
  • as required Red chilli flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh parsley chopped
  • as required Tabasco sauce

Method

  1. For each wrap, place a parantha on the worktop. Spread a tablespoon pizza sauce on top evenly. Sprinkle a teaspoon each of green olives and black olives, some jalapenos, one teaspoon gherkins on one half.
  2. Sprinkle crushed peppercorns, dried herbs, red chilli flakes, salt, one tablespoon cheese and one teaspoon parsley on top. Drizzle a little Tabasco sauce and fold the parantha into half moon shape.
  3. Heat a griller, place the folded parantha on the griller, cover and grill till the grill marks appear on the paranthas. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
