Ingredients list for Veg Sandwich

  • 6 Bread slices
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 Green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato, chopped
  • 1 medium Carrot, grated
  • a pinch Carrot, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Method

  1. Heat oil in a non stick pan. add onion and saute till translucent.
  2. Add capsicum, tomato and carrot. Mix well and cook for two minutes.
  3. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt toss well. Once the vegetables are cooked, spread them on bread slices and serve.
