Ingredients list for Vegetable Pasta Stir Fry
- 2 cups Penne blanched
- 2 1/2 tablespoons Red Capsicum
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger sliced
Method
- Apply half a tablespoon of olive oil to blanched pasta so that it does not stick to each other.
- Heat remaining two tablespoons of olive oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, onion and celery and sauté for one minute.
- Add all the vegetables and blanched pasta along with salt and pepper and toss it well on a high flame. Serve hot.
