Ingredients list for Vegetables with garlic sauce

  • 2 cups Mixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 tablespo Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornflour/ corn starch

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the vegetables and corn flour. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the vegetables till golden and crisp. Remove on absorbent paper and set aside.
  2. In a non stick pan, heat oil. Saute ginger, Garlic and onion paste. Saute till light brown. Add red chilli paste, tomato puree, sugar, salt and white pepper powder. Add two tablespoons water and mix well. Add the fried vegetables. Toss well.
  3. Serve hot.
