By Sanjeev Kapoor 07 Apr 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Advertisment Main Ingredients Refined flour, Eggs Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Waffle Candy - SK Khazana 1 1/4 cups Refined flour 2 Eggs 1/2 cup Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder 1 cup Milk 1/4 cup + Butter melted 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) Melted dark chocolate as required Melted white chocolate as required Sugar sprinklers for sprinkling Method Sieve refined flour along with cocoa powder in a large bowl. Add baking powder and break in the eggs and add ½ cup milk and whisk till well combined. Add remaining milk and whisk till a smooth mixture is formed. Add melted butter and vanilla essence and whisk well. Add sugar and mix well. Preheat a waffle iron, grease with butter and pour a portion of the batter. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or till done. Take the waffles off the heat and allow to cool slightly. Cut the waffles in half and insert an ice cream stick. Dip each in melted dark chocolate and allow to set. Drizzle white chocolate on top of each and sprinkle sugar sprinklers on top.
