Ingredients for Waffle Sundae-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Refined flour (maida) 1 cup

  • Cocoa powder 1/2 cup

  • Powdered sugar 1/4 cup

  • Eggs 3

  • Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

  • Milk as required

  • Baking powder 1 teaspoon

  • Melted butter 2 tablespo for greasing

  • Chocolate chips 1/4 cup + For topping

  • Vanilla icecream as required

  • Mango icecream as required

  • Fresh strawberries as required

  • Fresh blueberries as required

  • Chocolate cigars for garnish

  • Strawberry syrup for drizzling

  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Method

Step 1

Mix together flour, cocoa powder and powdered sugar in a bowl. Add eggs, vanilla ice cream and milk as required and whisk to a smooth batter.

Step 2

Add baking powder and butter and mix well. Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Step 3

Heat a waffle iron and grease with some butter. Pour batter, cover and cook till fully done. Make more waffles similarly.

Step 4

For each portion, keep a waffle on a serving plate. Top with 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 1 scoop mango ice cream, 1 halved strawberry, 4-5 blueberries and some chocolate chips. Cover with another waffle and repeat the process.

Step 5

Garnish with chocolate cigars, drizzle some strawberry syrup and chocolate syrup and serve immediately.
