Ingredients 

For dressing

  • 2 tablespoons skimmed milk cottage cheese (paneer),crumbled
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 7-8 black peppercorns. crushed
  • 2 stalks spring onion greens, chopped

For garnishing

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or crushed red chillies

Method

  1. Mix together baby potatoes with skin and French beans and keep them aside. For dressing, mix together paneer, yogurt, mustard paste, salt, crushed peppercorns and chopped spring onion greens well.
  2. Mix baby potatoes and French beans with the prepared dressing gently. Adjust seasoning. Sprinkle crushed red chilli on top and serve.
