Ingredients for Warm Potato Salad With Green Beans Recipe

  • Baby potatoes boiled 8-10

  • French beans cut into 1 inch pieces and boiled 10-12

  • For dressing

  • Skimmed milk cottage cheese (paneer),crumbled 2 tablespoons

  • Skimmed milk yogurt 1/2 cup

  • Mustard paste 1 teaspoon

  • Salt to taste

  • Black peppercorns crushed 7-8

  • Spring onion greens chopped 2 stalks

  • For garnishing

  • Paprika or crushed red chillies 1/2 teaspoon

Method

Step 1

Mix together baby potatoes with skin and French beans and keep them aside. For dressing, mix together paneer, yogurt, mustard paste, salt, crushed peppercorns and chopped spring onion greens well.

Step 2

Mix baby potatoes and French beans with the prepared dressing gently. Adjust seasoning. Sprinkle crushed red chilli on top and serve.
