Ingredients for Watermelon And Apple Cooler Recipe

  • Watermelon seeded and cubed 1/2 medium

  • Apple 1 medium

  • Rock salt (sendha namak) to taste

  • Cumin seeds roasted and crushed 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh mint leaves chopped 1 tbsp for garnish

  • Crushed ice 1 as required

  • Powdered sugar 2-3 tablespoons


Step 1

Combine the watermelon, powdered sugar and rock salt in a blender and blend till smooth. Transfer into a jar, add crushed cumin, chopped mint and ice and stir to mix well.

Step 2

Peel and grate apple. Add to the watermelon, stir, pour into individual glasses and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
