Ingredients for Watermelon Mojito-SK Khazana Recipe

  • Medium watermelon 1

  • Lemons 2

  • Fresh mint leaves as required

  • Ice cubes as required

  • Sugar syrup 4 tablespoons

  • Salt to taste

  • Lemon juice 4 teaspoons

  • Drinking soda For topping


Step 1

Cut each lemon into 8 equal pieces. Scoop out balls from watermelon with a parisienne scoop.

Step 2

Put 3-4 watermelon balls, 4 lemon pieces and 10-12 mint leaves into each of 4 serving glasses and muddle well.

Step 3

Add some ice cubes, 1 tablespoon sugar syrup, salt, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and some more watermelon balls, top with drinking soda and stir well.

Step 4

Serve chilled.
