Ingredients for Wheat Grass Shikanjvi Recipe

  • Wheat Grass 100 grams

  • Lemon Juice 5 tablespoons

  • Sugar 8 tablespoons

  • Black salt (kala namak) to taste

  • Salt to taste

Method

Step 1

Wash and chop wheat grass. Place in a blender with lemon juice, sugar, black salt, salt and four cups of water. Strain and serve chilled with lots of ice.
