Wheat Lentil Dosa By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Rice Flour, Soya Flour Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 15 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients list for Wheat Lentil Dosa 1/2 cup Rice Flour 1/4 cup Soya Flour 1/4 cup Millet flour (bajre ka atta) as required Buttermilk to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 2 Green chillies chopped to shallow fry Oil as required Tomato ketchup Method Mix together the rice, soya and millet flour with the buttermilk to make a smooth batter. Add the salt, chopped coriander and green chillies, and mix well. Let the batter rest for about fifteen minutes. Heat a thick non-stick tawa or frying pan. Add two drops of oil and wipe the tawa clean with a piece of wet muslin. Add a tablespoon of oil to the tawa; pour half a ladleful of batter and spread it to a thin three-inch round. Drizzle a little oil all around. When the underside is cooked, flip the dosa and fry the other side.
