Ingredients list for Aam Papad - SK Khazana

  • 2 cups Ripe mango puree
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
  • for greasing Ghee

Method

  1. Grease 2 trays with ghee.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add mango puree, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes or till the mixture thickens.
  3. Pour the prepared mixture on the greased trays and tap the trays gently. Sundry for 2-4 days.
  4. Gently remove the aam papad and cut into squares. Serve.
