By Sanjeev Kapoor 24 Jan 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Ripe mango puree, Sugar Cuisine Indian Course Mithais Prep Time 2.30-3 hour Cook time 26-30 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Aam Papad - SK Khazana 2 cups Ripe mango puree 1 cup Sugar 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder for greasing Ghee Method Grease 2 trays with ghee. Heat a non-stick pan, add mango puree, sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well and cook, stirring occasionally, for 20-25 minutes or till the mixture thickens. Pour the prepared mixture on the greased trays and tap the trays gently. Sundry for 2-4 days. Gently remove the aam papad and cut into squares.
