By Sanjeev Kapoor 09 Jun 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Mutton mince (keema), Red capsicum Cuisine Turkish Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 51-60 minutes Cook time 16-20 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Adana Kabab 1 cup Mutton mince (keema) 1 large Red capsicum 2 small Onions finely chopped 1 teaspoon All spice powder 1½ teaspoons Paprika powder to taste Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns 2-3 Fresh parsley sprigs to shallow fry Oil Method Finely chop capsicum. Take mutton mince in a bowl. Add chopped capsicum, onion, all-spice powder, paprika powder, salt and crushed peppercorns and mix well. Finely chop parsley and add. Mix well and set aside for 1 hour. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into kababs. Heat some oil in anon-stick grill pan. Place the kababs on it and grill till evenly golden from both sides. Place a thin flat bread on a serving plate.
