By Sanjeev Kapoor 23 Jun 2019 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Chicken Wings, Ginger Cuisine Fusion Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 4-5 hour Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Air Fried Chicken Wings 500 grams Chicken Wings 2 inch Ginger 7-8 Garlic cloves 5-6 Fresh coriander sprigs 10-12 Fresh coriander stems to taste Salt 4-5 Dried red chillies soaked in hot water 2 tablespoons Olive oil 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Honey as required Iceberg lettuce for garnishing Alfalfa sprouts Method Roughly chop ginger and garlic and put them in a mixer jar. Add coriander sprigs, coriander roots, salt, soaked dried chillies and a little water and grind to a fine paste. Transfer into a bowl. Add olive oil, lemon juice and honey and mix well. Add chicken wings and mix well and set aside to marinate overnight or for atleast 4 hours in the refrigerator. Preheat the air fryer to 200ยบ C. Place marinated chicken wings in the air fryer basket, drizzle some of the marinade over them, fit the basket to the fryer and cook at for 10-12 minutes. Roughly tear lettuce leaves and make a bed on a serving platter. Place the air fried chicken wings over the lettuce, garnish with alfalfa sprouts and serve immediately.
