By Sanjeev Kapoor 10 Aug 2015 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Almond powder, Rice flour Cuisine Fusion Course Desserts Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 51-60 minutes Serve 4 Taste Sweet Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients list for Almond Rice Jelly 1/2 cup Almond powder Rice flour ΒΌ cup + 1 tablespoon for greasing Oil 1 1/2 tablespoons Gelatin 3/4 cup Castor sugar (caster sugar) 2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut a few drops Almond essence Method Grease jelly moulds with oil. Put rice flour in a non-stick pan, add almond powder, gelatin, castor sugar and desiccated coconut and mix well. Add two and a quarter cups boiling water and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook further till it thickens. Add almond essence, mix well and pour into greased jelly moulds. Keep the moulds in the refrigerator for thirty minutes to set. Remove the jelly from the moulds and serve.
