Add cumin seeds, green garlic and green chillies and sauté for a minute. Allow the tempering to cool. In a bowl mix mashed potatoes with spring onions. Add the tempering and mix well. Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well. Add spring onion greens, mix and serve.
