By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2016 in Recipes Course New Update Aloo Ka Raita Main Ingredients Potato, Yogurt Cuisine Indian Course Raitas Prep Time 0-5 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Mild Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 2 medium potato boiled and peeled 2 cups yogurt 1 teaspoon dried pomegranate seeds (anardana) 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves chopped Method Dry roast pomegranate seeds and cumin seeds, cool and grind coarsely. Cut potatoes into small pieces and put them into a bowl. Add red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well. Add yogurt and mix well. Add coarsely ground spice powder and mix well. Serve chilled.
