This recipe is from FoodFood TV channel By Sanjeev Kapoor 01 Sep 2016 in Recipes Veg New Update Main Ingredients Potatoes, Surti papdi Cuisine Maharashtrian Course Main Course Vegetarian Prep Time 11-15 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve Taste Spicy Level of Cooking Easy Others Veg Ingredients 4 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cut into pieces 1 1/2 cups chopped surti papdi 2 tablespoons oil 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh green garlic 1 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder 2 teaspoon dried mango powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 2 teaspoons coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder Salt to taste 1/2 small bunch of fresh coriander 3-4 spring onions bulbs, chopped Method Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cumin seeds and carom seeds and sauté till fragrant. Add chopped green garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Add surti papdi, mix and cook for a minute. Add potatoes, toss to mix and cook for 3-4 minutes. Finely chop coriander. Add chilli powder, dried mango powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt, mix and cook till surti papdi are done. Add spring onion bulbs and mix. Add chopped coriander and mix well. Serve hot.
