Ingredients for Ananas aur Piste ka Shrikhand Recipe

  • Canned Pineapple Slices 6

  • Hung Yogurt blanched and slivered 10-12 + for garnishing

  • Hung yogurt 2 cups

  • Few strands of saffron dissolved in a little water

  • Powdered sugar 1 cup


Step 1

Place yogurt in a bowl. Finely chop pineapple slices and add to the yogurt.

Step 2

Add saffron water, sugar and pistachios and mix well.

Step 3

Transfer into serving bowls, garnish with pistachios and serve chilled.
