Anardana Paneer Tikka Marinated paneer cubes infused with tangy pomegranate seeds, grilled to perfection for a unique, smoky flavour with a hint of sweetness. By Sanjeev Kapoor 22 Jul 2020 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Paneer (cottage cheese), Anardana powder Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 26-30 minutes Cook time 6-10 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Veg Ingredients 300 grams paneer (cottage cheese), cut into 1-inch cubes 1 tablespoon anardana powder 3 tablespoons fresh cream 3 tablespoons hung yogurt 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon lemon juice Method Take fresh cream in a large mixing bowl, add hung yogurt, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice and mix well. Add 1 tsp oil and mix well. Add salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, turmeric powder and anardana powder and mix well. Add paneer cubes, yellow capsicum, green capsicum and tomato and mix gently. Set aside to marinate for 10-15 minutes. Heat a non-stick grill pan, drizzle remaining oil and place the marinated paneer pieces in it. Grill, turning sides, till golden brown on both sides. Take them off the heat. Place the vegetables in the same pan and cook, turning sides, till grill marks appear on both sides. For serving, insert a paneer piece, followed by a green capsicum piece, a yellow capsicum pieces, a tomato pieces and another piece of paneer on a toothpick.
