By Sanjeev Kapoor 18 Dec 2014 in Recipes Course New Update Main Ingredients Eggs, Papdi Cuisine Indian Course Snacks and Starters Prep Time 16-20 minutes Cook time 11-15 minutes Serve 4 Taste Tangy Level of Cooking Moderate Others Non Veg Ingredients list for Anda Papdi Chaat 4 Eggs boiled, peeled and chopped 8-10 Papdi crushed 1 medium Onion chopped 1 medium Tomato chopped 1/4 cup Mixed sprouts boiled 1 large Potato boiled, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tablespoons Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 teaspoons Green chutney 3 teaspoons Tamarind chutney 2 Green chillies chopped 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder to taste Salt 2 tablespoons Nylon sev Method Put the eggs, onion, tomato, sprouts, potato, one tablespoon coriander leaves, green chutney, tamarind chutney, green chillies, red chilli powder and salt into a deep bowl. Toss once. Add crushed papdi and mix. Garnish with nylon sev and remaining coriander leaves and serve immediately.
